We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a store credit or a refund minus a 10% restocking fee °✩
You can then shop for another that makes you smile with your store credit or wait for the refund which will be issued within 3 business days from receipt of the returned item to our warehouse (✮pending a satisfactory inspection of the unused item in it's original condition & packaging).
Reach out to us at style@cushco.com.au and quote your Order Number so we can start the process for you. Please be sure to state 'Return' or 'Exchange' in the subject field to be lodged correctly so we can promptly assist you.

Return Postage is the responsibility of the customer.
⛱️ Store Credits
Store Credits are easy to use, simply login to your account and add to cart. Your Credit will appear as a payment option at checkout. Store Credits are strictly redeemable on products only and cannot be redeemed on shipping costs. Note: Shipping for products when using a store credit will be charged additionally.
🍉 Return Product Condition
We take pride in ensuring your item arrives to you in pristine condition and your item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in an unused undamaged condition and packed in its original packaging. If the returned item received has been used or damaged or not in its original packaging, you will not be eligible for a store credit or refund.
While we hope it never happens, if you do accidentally receive a faulty piece or incorrect item, please contact our lovely Customer Experience Team at style@cushco.com.au as quickly as possible so that we can assess the issue and give you the best solution!
Please be sure to state ‘my item is faulty’ for faulty/damaged items or "I received the wrong item" for incorrect items for your enquiry to be lodged correctly so we can promptly assist you.
Please include photos of the faulty or incorrect item and quote your Order Number to speed up the process.
🚩Please flag any items suspected to be faulty or incorrect with us within 7 days of receiving your order!
If an item is deemed to be faulty or incorrect, we will provide details with a return shipping label for you to print to place on your return package.
🌊 Faulty Products;
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the same payment method used.
Please allow up to 3 business days once your order has reached our warehouse for your return to be processed.
🐬Returned Items to our Warehouse
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the item is approved for exchange or return.
🌅 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items / Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ‘Sale’ items or ‘Gift Cards’.
Any items purchased from the 'Sale' section cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit, there is no exceptions as they are reduced for clearance.

Please type RETURN, EXCHANGE, FAULTY, INCORRECT in the Subject Line and provide all your details including your Order Number and Photos if Faulty or Incorrect.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
