How long does it take to process my order?
CushCo makes every effort to despatch orders within 24-48 hours of payment receipt, subject to product availability. However please allow for extra time during peak sale periods.
All our orders are carefully packaged and shipped with Australia Post.
What are Australian shipping times?
Delivery can take anywhere from 3 - 10 business days depending on your location in Australia. Your items are being shipped from Perth, Western Australia. You will be notified when your order is being dispatched and a tracking number will be given.
If an item is needed urgently, we can Express Post through Australia Post on request by prior arrangement.
What are International shipping times?
International Shipping can take anywhere between 10 – 20 Business Days after despatch depending on your location. Customs and duties charges may be applicable, dependant on your location, and this is the responsibility of the buyer. By proceeding with this purchase you agree to these terms.
CushCo want their customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
How do you assist in the process?
We’re happy to assist and will offer a store credit in instances where you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with a product.
We offer a 14 day return window on participating products from the initial delivery date.
Reach out to us at style@cushco.com.au and quote your Order Number so we can start the process for you.
If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you with a store credit for the purchase price to re-shop your item of choice.
Do you offer store credits?
Store Credits are easy to use, simply login to your account and add to cart. Your Credit will appear as a payment option at checkout. Store Credits are strictly redeemable on products only and cannot be redeemed on shipping costs. Note: Shipping for products when using a store credit will be charged additionally.
What condition can the return be in?
We take pride in ensuring your item arrives to you in pristine condition and your item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in an unused undamaged condition and packed in its original packaging. If the returned item received has been used or damaged or not in its original packaging, you will not be eligible for a store credit or refund.
How does the return postage work?
Original Postage and Return Postage is the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is deemed to be faulty, we will provide details with a return shipping label.
My product is faulty?
We take great care in ensuring your items arrive to you in immaculate condition, however if you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at style@cushco.com.au with Photos and your Order Number, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the same payment method used.
Please allow up 7 business days once your order has reached our warehouse for your return to be processed.
I was shipped the incorrect item?
We take every care to ensure you receive the correct items purchased, however if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at style@cushco.com.au with Photos and your Order Number so that we can rectify this for you as soon as possible.
Incorrect items received must be returned within 10 days of the date you received your parcel.
Returning Items to warehouse?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the item is approved or not.
Exceptions / non-returnable items / sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ‘Sale’ items or ‘Gift Cards’.
Any items purchased from the 'Sale' section cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit, there no exceptions as they are reduced for clearance. Any 'Sale' items which are returned will be refused upon delivery.

How do I start a return?

Please type RETURN in the Subject Line and provide all your details including your Order Number.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
